Travel with appTaxi and earn Volare points!

If you are a Volare member, ITA Airways’ loyalty program, you can earn points with every ride requested and paid for through the app in participating Network cities.

Register your Volare Card

  1. Enter the “Loyalty Programs” section from the appTaxi Menu
  2. Click on “Add Loyalty Program”
  3. Select the Volare program and register your Card
  4. Click on “Save”
  5. Click on the three dots on the right and set the Program as “Favorite”

Run and earn Volare points

Call a taxi with appTaxi and pay the ride with the payment in-app. You will receive:

  • 4 points for each euro spent

Register your Volare Card

  • 4 points for each euro spent

Warnings

  • Points will be received for rides made from the time of registration of the Volare Code in appTaxi and not before.
  • You will receive Volare points exclusively if the conditions and methods of registering the card in appTaxi, as specified on this page, are respected in every aspect.
  • Points lost from incorrect or incomplete data entry (e.g., incomplete or incorrect entry of your Volare Code) cannot be recovered.
  • You cannot earn double Volare points for the same fare. If you receive double miles for the same fare, the extra miles will be cancelled.
  • You cannot earn miles from different Loyalty Programs for the same fare. If you receive double miles, the extra points will be cancelled.

Miles accreditation times and methods:

  • Payment by app points: the points generated by the in-app payment for a ride will be sent to the loyalty plan starting from midnight on the day the payment was made and up to five days thereafter.
  • Exclusions: the crediting times to the customer carried out directly by the loyalty plan are not included in that deadlines.
