Travel with appTaxi and earn CartaFreccia reward points!
If you’re a member of the CartaFreccia loyalty program by Frecciarossa, you can earn reward points for every ride requested and paid for via the app in participating Network cities.
Register your loyalty card
- Go to the “Loyalty Programs” section from the appTaxi Menu
- Click on “Add Loyalty Program”
- Select the CartaFreccia Program and enter your card code
- Click on “Save”
- Click on the three dots on the right and set the Program as “Favorite”
Ride and earn CartaFreccia points
Request a taxi with appTaxi and pay for your ride using in-app payment. You will receive:

Call a taxi with appTaxi and pay the ride with the payment in-app. You will receive:
Extra points
All new appTaxi users can earn double CartaFreccia points on their first ride completed via in-app payment (2 reward points for every 2 euros spent), after downloading appTaxi and linking their card.
- You can earn CartaFreccia reward points for rides taken from the moment you register your card in appTaxi and not before.
- You can earn CartaFreccia reward points only if the terms and conditions for card registration in appTaxi, as specified on this page, are fully met.
- It is not possible to recover CartaFreccia reward points lost due to incorrect or incomplete data entry (for example, incomplete or incorrect typing of the CartaFreccia). It is the member’s responsibility to enter the correct CartaFreccia nine-digit code, otherwise points will not be credited.
- It is not allowed to accumulate double points for the same ride. If a double credit occurs for the same ride, it will be canceled.
- It is not allowed to accumulate points from different partner loyalty programs for the same ride. If a double credit occurs, it will be canceled.
Points crediting time and methods:
Points will be credited by the CartaFreccia program within 24 hours of paying for your ride.
If your points haven’t been credited within 7 days of payment, contact our customer service at support@apptaxi.it
Alternatively, you can contact Trenitalia customer service (063000 option 6; the rate is the local or long-distance rate defined by your phone operator) or you can fill out the form in the Reserved Area of the trenitalia.com website in the “CartaFreccia Assistance” section under “Promotions – Problems related to promotions and extra points from partners.”
